단조 냉간 압연 롤에는 작업 롤과 백업 롤이 포함됩니다. 단조강 작업롤의 주요 목적은 냉간 압연 공정에서 금속판을 압연하는 것입니다. 이 유형의 롤은 첨단 제련 장비(전기 아크로), 정련 장비(전자 슬래그 재용해 및 래들 정련) 및 단조 장비(3150t 유압 프레스)를 사용하여 야금 품질이 우수한 합금 단조 강철 롤 블랭크를 제조합니다. 열처리 측면에서는 컴퓨터 제어 기술을 적용하여 롤 경도와 롤 본체 경화층 깊이의 재현성이 우수합니다. 열처리 공정에서는 롤에 고경도 및 균일한 가공층을 얻기 위해 충분한 예비열처리와 특정 유도 담금질(연속 및 일체형), 극저온 처리 및 템퍼링을 사용합니다. 경화층의 깊이는 30mm 이상에 달할 수 있으며 내마모성, 인성 및 사고 저항성이 충분합니다.
